Airbnb is an online marketplace for homestays and experiences. Over 2 Billion Airbnb guest arrivals have been recorded in almost every country across the globe.

- Built this team from the ground-up. Got buy-in to kickstart this effort as a dedicated team with the goal to tackle really interesting and unique problems that are at the cutting edge of technology.
- Co-leading the "AI for Dev Productivity" charter across Airbnb.
- Building tools to accelerate Airbnb's product design and development process with advanced tooling capabilities.
- Responsible for the overall vision, strategy and all aspects of execution of this team.
- Leading UI Infra & Design Systems where I partner with one of the best design teams on the planet
- Led the introduction of Jetpack Compose at Airbnb. Wrote the original proposal, got company-wide buy in, wrote the multi-year(~3 years) technical & migration plan, led the working group, spearheaded the education program to onboard teams, wrote most of the documentation & best practices guide and successfully drove adoption. All new features at Airbnb are exclusively implemented using Jetpack Compose.
- Created and open sourced Showkase.
- Featured at Google I/O 2022 for my work on Compose.
- Significant contributions to improve the mobile recruiting/interviewing process at Airbnb
- Introduced a new interview round to help hire Staff+ Mobile Candidates.
- Airbnb's #1 priority in 2019–2020. I was the Tech Lead for the core user-facing feature—the flow to get your listing verified.
- Cross-platform product team on a zero-to-one product with many open-ended questions.
- Successfully launched during one of the most uncertain times (#1 priority of a travel company during COVID-19).
- Airbnb Plus is a selection of only the highest quality homes and each Plus listing home is verified through in-person quality inspection to ensure quality and design.
